1. INTRODUCTION

3. WORKPLACE STRUCTURE & OPERATIONS
3.1 Work Hours & Attendance

Standard working hours are set at 40 hours per week, with variations depending on operational needs.

Employees are expected to adhere to their agreed working schedules and notify their supervisors of any absences or delays.

Unauthorized absences may result in disciplinary action.
3.2 Remote & Hybrid Work Policy

Lenkoe Mining Group recognizes the need for flexible working arrangements and has adopted a hybrid work model where applicable.

Hybrid work is defined as a system where employees split their time between remote work and in-office/onsite work.

The eligibility for hybrid work depends on the nature of the employee’s role and business needs.

Employees working remotely must maintain the same level of professionalism, productivity, and confidentiality as they would in the office.

3.3 Office/Onsite Work Requirements

4. DATA PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1 Employees must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Company, client, and partner information.
4.2 Unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information may lead to disciplinary action, including termination and legal consequences.
4.3 Employees working remotely must ensure that Company data is stored and accessed securely to prevent breaches.
5. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
5.1 Any violation of this Policy will be subject to the Company’s disciplinary procedures, which may include verbal warnings, written warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the offense.
5.2 Employees have the right to a fair hearing in any disciplinary action taken against them.
6. REPORTING & GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES
6.1 Employees are encouraged to report any workplace concerns, violations, or grievances to their immediate supervisor, HR, or a designated complaints officer.
6.2 The Company ensures that all reports will be handled with confidentiality and without retaliation against the reporting individual.
7. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
7.1 All employees must sign an acknowledgment form confirming that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Workplace Policy.
7.2 Any questions or clarifications regarding this Policy should be directed to the HR department.
8. POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE
This Workplace Policy is effective as of March 12, 2023 and remains in force until further notice.
